Eyes are the most beautiful parts in a human body. A woman's beauty is seen in her eyes. Eyes can express our emotions, they laugh, smile, cry. Eyes need a lot of care and attention. There are so many eye related problems such as dark circles, fatigue, irritated eyes. Here are some best eye care tips this post is great for you knowr beautiful eyes.
Wash:
The foremost thing to do when your come from outside is to wash your face. While washing your face concentrate on your eye area and wash your eyes properly. Use cold water to wash. This helps in removing the dust and dirt from your eyes.
Cotton Pads:
Dip two cotton pads in ice water. Keep them on your eyes for at least 10-15 mins. Doing this regularly can lighten your dark circles and its cooling effect soothes sore and irritated eyes.
Cucumber slices:
Cucumber have a subtle, mild skin lightening effect. Cucumber contains ascorbic acid caffeic acid that reduces swelling and puffiness around the eyes. Slice some fresh cucumber and place them on your eyes. Relax for 20 mins and then remove.
Almond oil, Olive oil:
Almond oil is a great remedy to get rid of dark circles. It is a safe way to remove dark circles without skin irritation.Olive oil nourish tender skin around your eyes. Mix almond oil and olive oil in equal parts. Take few drops and massage your eyes with your finger tips for 10-15 mins. This cures dark circles and their traces.
Honey and Almond Oil:
Honey is a better natural cure for dry eyes .Mix equal parts of Honey and almond oil and massage gently on your eyes for 2-3 mins and rest for 10 mins. Wash with cold water. Honey is the natural ingredient that cures eye infections.
Chilled Spoon:
Yes, it's true. A chilled spoon helps in the removal of dark circles. Place two metal spoons in the freezer and leave them for few minutes. Remove them when they are cold. Place them on your eyes and make circular motions around your eye area until the spoons have warmed up. Doing this regularly reduces swelling around eyes and dark circles.
Potato Juice:
Blend a raw potato into juice and keep it in refrigerator for 5 mins. Pour the juice on two cotton pads and place them on your eyes. Leave for 15 mins and wash off with cold water. Do this at least a week and get dark free eyes.
Almond and milk:
Almond oil is beneficial to treat the sensitive skin around eyes. It lightens dark circles around your eyes. Soak 4-5 almonds overnight and make a paste of them. Mix 2 tbsp milk to it. Apply it on your eyes and massage gently.
Mint Leaves:
Mint leaves are known for their cooling effect. Mint paste when applied on eyes it soothes the under eye area. Crush some mint leaves into a paste and apply it on your eyes for 10 mins. This paste refreshes your under eye area and gives you beautiful eyes.
Rose Water:
Take two cotton pads and dip them in rose water. Keep them on your eyes for 10 mins. Rose water helps in treating the sore eyes. Follow this for 2 weeks for better results.
